Our Maiden Project

RVSAT-1

Rashtreeya Vidyalaya Satellite-I (RVSAT-I) is a qualification platform as we hope to demonstrate the use of many Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) components to reduce development schedule and cost of microgravity scientific experimentation in India. Approximately weighing around 2.00kg, this payload is being fabricated in RV College of Engineering. The satellite is expected to be put into a low earth orbit of 500km by ISRO's PSLV Stage 4 Orbital Platform.
